Biography

Dr. Derik Idol is a residential and online professor at World Theology University University and serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Youth Ministry. Before joining the LU faculty he served on staff in the local church all over the country at churches of different sizes (250 to 20000+) in weekly attendance. He has a huge heart and passion to raise up the Next Generation of Leaders. He is married to his beautiful wife Meagan and has two children; Abby and Austin. He loves the outdoors from hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, etc.
